All that Glitters...

Wanted to have this simple stamp design from DRS to have a little glimmer added for a touch of richness. The linen cardstock almost demanded more attention. As I thought through what I wanted to do in the way of added texture, I ran across a card on Our Daily Bread gallery that used this technique of quilting and crystals. It is so similar to a popular design Hannah does on some of her wedding cakes  (www.sweetendingscakes.com)  that I had to try it. Very pleased at how easy it turned out to do and think I'll do this again when I want a similar lush look.
